Increasing Trade Value - Reducing End of Lease Charges

It is our responsibility at McMahon to do everything in our power to ultimately reduce our client's total vehicle expense, whether you chose to lease or purchase a vehicle from us.  As such, we would like to remind you that when you trade a purchased vehicle, items like missing keys and remotes (approximately $150 each due to new computer chips), body damage or mechanical needs are simply deducted by the dealer from your trade value.  You don't receive a bill for these items, just a comparable lesser amount for your vehicle.

A closed end lease, however, provides as part of the commitment, a guaranteed resale value.  It is impossible to know in advance what condition the vehicle will be in or if items are missing at the time of termination.  Thus, a charge will occur for wear and tear, lost remotes, bald tires, etc.

Make an effort to eliminate these potential costs (purchase or lease) by paying more attention to where you park, wash your vehicle regularly and by placing these expensive extra keys and remotes in a safe place.
